zte zmax

The chipset we have is a snapdragon 400 which is capable of getting FM radio transmission. We just need it configured properly. Anyone know how to do this?

I have a question. If there is no Bootloader unlock how can we flash a new ROM? I know with other phones if your bootloader is locked you can not flash a ROM. I am asking because I think I found the issue I was having making a CM ROM.

My Zmax had faint lines appear on the screen. They've gradually gotten worse, to the point where the screen is almost black except for some colorful lines. I cant see anything on my screen now. I'm pretty good at fixing things if I know what to fix. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance...
