0 bars no connection in my lg motion phone

I don't know what to do it just did it randomly today and i cant make phone calls and get data

And i am in a service area i just dont know why it doesn't work

Yes i paid my bill and also rebooted it multiple times

I tried it but it still dosent work it shows 0 bars and when i pull down the notifications instead of saying metro pcs it says numbers 311660 < these are the numbers that show

Mine did this last week and took it to metro store and they said my antenna burned out and it was covered in warranty so 15.90 bucks got a replacement

i got warranty too but i got it from walmart where should i go to walmart or metro store

Go to metro tell them its not working see if they can fix your issue if not take to walmart and replace it
