Root 1.4.1 is out

Looks like a new update for BN NC, version 1.4.1 is out.
Has anyone upgraded?

I just recently got a refurbished NC, and run CM7 off uSD. I was wondering would 1.4.1 change from booting from uSD first.

Nothing for you to do.

When source code for a new B&N build comes out, the devs incorporate it in our CM builds. You might benefit when you update to a nightly build in a month or two, o/w it'll take awhile (months) before a stable build comes out, since ICS is already being merged. The next stable build will likely be CM9.0 (ICS).

And already somewhat revised.

Market doesn't work and the BN shop app won't let you download books. So unless you like a fully manual rooted device, the joy of installing all apps over ADB and have a library of favorites ready to sideload - probably best to hold off on rooting 1.4.1 just now :)
Revised again; most everything is working now. If you're after the Walled Garden experience (e.g. for non-techie friends and family), it's nice now.

I'm on BN 1.4.1 and dual-booting CM 7.1 off of SD. Nothing changes, and you don't need to make any changes to your SD. You can, of course, opt NOT to root the B&N firmware and leave it completely stock for warranty purposes.
