I want to set up a skype link between Indonesian English learners and same from other countries.
The idea being, they would want to speak English because they can ask and answer questions from people doing the same in other places.

Pretty sad actually. Used to be people used porn to avoid catching an STD, now they download stuff and get an ATD (App-ly/Android Transmitted Disease).
