Help 10.1 Notification

Hi All,

Apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn't see a thread for it in relation to the Note 10.1.

I've just got the Note 10.1 and weirdly yesterday notifications seem to have switched off. I definitely didn't switch them off myself and wonder if it happened after I did an update (for S Suggests).

I have the little crossed out i in the bottom right hand corner and dont get any sounds for notifications at all. When I try adjusting the notification sounds in settings (with the 3 sound scrollers) I don't hear anything and there is a line through the icon which I guess means it is off.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get them on again? I've set email notifications separately and still don't get them properly so it seems to have occurred at "top level". I can't see a general On/Off switch for notifications anywhere!

Use your finger or pen to touch the time on the bottom of your screen. This will bring up the options to turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, sound, etc. Slide your finger to the left and it will show you more options. Including the notification switch. If it's off it will be white. If it's on it will be green. Make sure you have it turned on. See attached image. Hope this helps.
