Just in case anybody was wondering if it will work on the Note 8.0, here's the confirmation!

Already bought one (price match from Best Buy, with Amazon price of $119) for my Note 3, so did the same for my Note 8 recently. Now, the only thing that's killing me is the need for 32gb internal. After having 27gb available on the Note 3, for internal storage, it has made me realize how important the extra storage will help on my Note 8.0. I hope they are planning for a follow-up to this tablet soon.

Yes, it's 119GB worth of wonderful.

If you haven't yet, refuse/postpone the Android 4.4 Kitkat update. It prevents other file explorers from writing or deleting on the card. (You probably knew that.)

32GB? What do you use it for? Huge game apps?

I should have refused it, but didn't. Oh well. I don't plan on keeping the Note 8 until next year anyway, when hopefully Samsung will release a revised Note series phone that will have the foldable screen with phone to tablet form factor

I was wondering why I could only delete my videos on my Note 2 inside the video player and not through a file explorer, huh, thanks for the heads up.

Yeah, it's really strange. But, try the OEM File manager. I've been able to use that successfully transferring files back and forth from internal to sd and vice versa...as well as delete.
