16GB vs 32GB

You will find that even though some applications can be moved to the SD card not all apps can be and even the ones that do support move to SD do not move all of the data to the SD card therefore you will easily run out of room on the 16gig model.

The 32gig model gives you more storage for the applications that will not move.

Do you know how much space is available on a new 16GB phone?

Why buy the 32GB when I can add 128GB card?
Are there any issues using the 16GB version compared to 32GB?

Not everything can be stored on the SD card, i.e. certain Apps. I have a 32GB model and currently have about 18gb available out of 32gb due to about 5 GBs worth of apps and over 7gbs going to "Other" which I assume is Android operating system and necessary files. I haven't gone through and really looked at what Apps I can move to the SD card but the handful I did look at didn't have the option to be moved. Your mileage may vary though and you can default Internet, Voice Recorder, Messages, Bluetooth and Camera all to SD Card Storage.

Probably? based on what?

You are more than likely have 9 or 10 gigs of ready available memory out the box, if you only have 16 gigs standard. Because the phone will use some of those gigs of memory for the operating system and the custom skin user interface. So if you plan on just using a phone for a lot of music and video, then you should be fine with the external storage. However if you plan on downloading a lot of memory intensive applications? You're better off getting a 32 gig phone

Probably? based on what?

There have been various reports of the 16gb version only having about 10gb available out of the box. I think that is probably a pretty accurate assumption but will depend on which version you purchase. Bloatware, Stock Apps, Operating System, HTC System files, etc all take up space. Where is my probably coming from? Various reports and a ton of experience with various devices.
