Help <1Mbps down

I know it has been slow, but at my house with a tower 500 feet away, I am getting <1Mbps down.

I am not going to wait around for the updates that "may" fix the problem.

Either you are not on 4g or you are not as close to the VERIZON tower as you think you are. Heck I'm 500ft from a cell tower but that doesn't mean it belongs to Verizon.

Using the Speedtest.net app just now...

3G [3/4 bars]
Ping: 122ms
Down: 0.57 Mbps
Up: 0.65 Mbps

4G [2/4 bars]
Ping: 58ms
Down: 15.75 Mbps
Up: 5.02 Mbps

Edit - I'll add my Wifi to the list, with my hard line coming from TWC
Ping 62ms
Down: 13.61 Mbps
Up: 1.16 Mbps

Don't know what to tell ya.

I am running Speedtest.net against Wilson, NC's Greenlight server. You are correct, I was not on 4G. Didn't have my glasses on. I am definitely 500' from the VERIZON tower. I have concluded that there are 4G issues with the Nexus. My co-workers with a Rezound and Thunderbolt get at worst 2x my speeds.

I will be taking this phone in for a trade-in.
