i just got super bummed by the way. went to check the status of my order and must have gotten a number or two wrong. had the exact date i ordered, and told me processed and shipped. gave me a tracking number too! did a little happy dance, checked the tracking, said it had already been signed by some b. martinez in san jose. haha. my heart sank.

whats the point of entering your last name if inputing anyones confirmation number will show you the status regardless?
 
ya at the bottom, i had a drop down for fedex or ups overnight...i wonder if because i work at UPS and have the employee discount i had a choice? :confused:

I am a current verizon customer. And I am coming from a Blackberry. Now the only thing that might be, going down your line of thought - is my wife had a env2 and I ordered hers as well. So not sure. But I am nervous anyhow, b/c everyone seems to be getting processed...

This changed this afternoon from the "awaiting approval" message... but bummer that it doesn't say it's being processed like the rest of y'all.

MikiBee - I have the same info as you, including the number. Checked with credit card company and the charge is now showing. Hopefully status will update soon.

Mine just got processed within the last couple hours.

OK, so I was unaware until a couple of days ago that if you are having your phone delivered to a business that you had to include the business's name along with the address when you are filling out the shipping information, which I did not do. So I placed a 2nd order on the 23rd, does anyone know if they will just ship me 2 of them and I will have to return 1, or will they cancel one of them. I called VZW cust service and they were not sure and they also said that they wouldn't really be able to cancel 1 of the order's manually. I'm not sure what I should do, I just want to make sure nothing weird happens and I don't get anything by the 29th.

The order posted above is my first order.
 
For people that had their order go through at the beginning of the day:

Nope.
I don't think we will be the tracking info until VZW actually ships them out and Fedex receives the shipping notification.
