interesting... I ordered 4/18 at 10:30 pm or so. mine is still showing delivery tomorrow (4/27)

What did you select for shipping? I only had 1 shipping option and it was free overnight.
I mean time wise....what time did they start processing again yesterday....the reason why I'm asking is because I feel like it should be moving again...we should start to see 327509xxx, etc being processed. I just get a strange feeling they have run out of phones for the moment...lol. Maybe I am just paranoid....BUT I WANT MY INCREDIBLE

I used the FREEOVERNT code for "free overnight shipping" yet Verizon I guess selected 2day for everyone. I thought I would get it tomorrow, but I guess wednesday it is.
I mean time wise....what time did they start processing again yesterday....the reason why I'm asking is because I feel like it should be moving again...we should start to see 327509xxx, etc being processed. sorry not sure about the time...check before page 9...we are in the same boat...hey maybe it's just because we ordered late and we get the "card" inside the box...which might just be a different batch

i used the default shipping, which i believe was free overnight as well. i don't remember paying anything extra or manually opting for any sort of 'faster' shipping.

This morning I noticed that they took out the money for the Incredible, which I was under the impression they don't take payment till item is shipped so I checked my status and it reads this

So I a got one of those my credit/debit card had been declined emails, and was told I needed to call a number to talk to the south internet business center which was only open M-F. So I called this morning to raise cain because there is no reason this card would be decline. So when I got a hold of the lady I was very polite and asked her why it said it was declined, she responded that it was not the card, but it was the way the order was placed in the system. I then went on to ask her why people were already receiving their tracking numbers and posting FedEx screen shots saying the phone had been picked up already. She placed me on hold, and came back a few minutes later in a scramble and out of breath saying she would have to call me back in two hours.
She also mentioned there was a discrepancy between the processors, warehouse, and the systems. That was two hours ago. I will post again when she calls back.

but
They did not give me an ESN # for my phone.....there are instructions to activate phone with a "Location #" - and an order # - which is different than the original order # used to check the status on the V website

My order processed two days ago but no tracking number yet. Hmmm...
What are the first six digits of your order #?
Basically, they stopped last night somewhere around 327507xxx...and truthfully, it doesn't look like they have restarted it today...right now, I am checking a 327509xxx #, and once (if) that changes to processing, we'll know they started again....
