And they're closed, so I can't call back.
4/27 @ 8:00AM - Phone them, ask what's going on, they want a copy of my drivers license and SS card. Fine. "I'm in the car and driving now would you mind sending me an email with the fax number? No sir, we can't send email. Would you call my office phone and leave a message with it? Oh I guess."
Of course no call to my office phone.
4/27 @ 8:30AM - Call back again, can I have the fax number that one of the CSR's didn't give me? Fax it over and call us back.
4/27 @ 8:30AM - Call them back, SS card ok, drivers license too dark.
4/27 @ 8:45AM - Faxed four different shades of darkness/brightness of my drivers license.
4/27 @ 8:30AM - Call them back, Drivers license now ok.
4/27 @ 5:30PM - Order still at "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow." I call order center and ask what up? "Well sir your order has missed the cutoff for shipping today, it should ship tomorrow via 2 day." Which after about 8 exchanges back and forth about how they promised it on 4/29, and to get it to me they'll have to ship overnight, the CSR still wants me to pay the overnight fees. She finally puts me on hold checks and says they'll be upgrading all Incredible shipments to overnight if they ship on the 28th.
4/28 @ 9:20AM - Bank account shows a hold on my debit card for the phone costs. Order status still at: "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back tomorrow."
