Root [1st Gen] Can't Install Utility :(

Ok Yesterday I rooted my Kindle and I decided to Install Utility Mod I went to xda and got the last version of the mod and I went step by step and i got this message: it says waiting for device to reboot and just nothing happens on the Kindle...

It's like something doesn't give the permission to copy the files into the Kindle fire ... and its like it's not mounted :( I'm not really a expert in these stuff can someone just tell me whats going on?:D
 
All I did in the Kindle was Installing GApps and changing some permissions for fixing the wallpaper problem ... I installed ADWLauncher Ex! i also tried to changed R/O to R/W with a app on market but didn't help
 
Did you go in and change the adb_ui folder to add a line at the end with "0x1954" or whatever it is. Because if you didn't go in and download the KF Utility and run it straight after download it wont work. You need to run the Driver Updater that comes in the KFU folder and then add the line of "0x194" or whatever the number is again I cant remember sorry, to the end of your adb_ui folder then it should work after all that is done
