Root [1st Gen] KF stuck on bootup screen

I rooted my kindle fire with burrito and everything worked fine had superuser and root was confirmed. I went through the steps to install TWRP 2.0 from here. How to install TWRP 2.0 touch-based recovery on the Kindle Fire (backup, restore, flash custom firmware) - Liliputing

Now all that happens when I hit the power button is the yellow triangle shows up and it never does anything with either pushing the power button again or not it just sits with the yellow triangle on the screen. I can't get adb to see the device or anything. Can someone please help.
 
I finally got it figured out with the help of the Kindle fire utility it was stuck in fast boot and then in recovery boot. It has been a H*** of a day so far but holy cow it works so much better with CM7 on it instead of the stock rom.
 
And for the record, I cannot get past the yellow triangle "press power button for recovery" screen. My PC does not recognize the kindle either.
