Help 1st rule of phone replacement

I'm now on my 2nd Ally, and the truth is play dumb if you have to go in, the verizon tech messed with it for an hour doing all the thing i tried at home and work after messing up with clockwork rom (lol romed my phone with more then 5 diffrent romes fine) and I had to hold my breath as I watched him fumble with it to get my replacement.
Anyway new phone fresh start time to have some fun woooo

yeah its really funny when they grab it at first and they think they know way more than you and that they will fix it in like 30 seconds, then they realize that they don't know what the **** is wrong. their attitude changes quick.

His face was the greatest, and even better was when he told us to "call the customer services hotline next time cause they are alot smarter at smart phones"

Lol yeah really if I wanted to get a new replacement I would install a messed up rom and tell them "It said updating then it did this"

They really should have someone to try flashing these things to stock in-house, if they're going to be giving out replacement phones...

Well, the problem is supporting *so many* different phones from one place... But they really should, we get charged enough per month at Verizon (not to mention waste enough electronics in this country as a whole). We could seriously afford to do a little more fixing and a little less giving away new phones when someone makes a mistake and brings it to Verizon to fix it for them.

Thats what I was thinking, the time it took him to not fix they could have just flashed it back to stock. But the real killer for me is the fact that I knew I could fix it but USB debugging had gotten turned off. my project now is to find a way to turn it on from a pc and then its all energy drinks and candy bars

Yea when I wanted a New Touch Pro 2 I called customer service got tech support and told them it wasn't working and how nothing else was working too.

And voila sent new phone.

Haha yep. I have literally replaced my Ally 4 times and each time they sent me a replacement in the mail for free.
