Help 1st time smartphone and 1st problem.

Hallo ! My name is Karlis and reacently i bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2.

My english is bad and i hope my problem and help me solve it.
1. I plugged my phone to my PC.
2. Than i started to copy music from my PC to phone. (Phone memmory)
3. Sudenly my phone show me that it sync with pc or something.
4. Waited 30 mins and nothing changed, clicked to folders and it crashed.
5. Looking at safe remove doesnt apear my phone at all.

Hope that you can help me with my phone isue.

Install kies & exit

now try again
if not do the following:-

don't connect phone yet!!!

Make sure debbuging mode is off


goto settings/wireless & network/usb utilities
connect to pc storage should appear
click on it, then connect phone
then press "connect usb storage"
