2.01 update problems vs no problems

did you try a factory reset?

If I factory Reset won't it delete all of my contacts and media?

A little afraid to do this - don't have them backed up at the moment. Not even sure how to do that as one of the apps that was deleted was one I just downloaded to back all my stuff up:-(

No Problems here, but did not have any before the update.

i got the update but it failed to install. Tried to do it manual but that failed also. Called VzW and they are going to send me a refurb.

if you have your contacts synced via google contacts then you should be fine on that front. i do believe your media will all be deleted. someone correct me if i'm wrong.
