2.1 Analog Clock

Is there a way to get the 2.1 Analog Clock without rooting?

I don't think it comes with Launcher2, but I was just curious because I like the look of it.

The black and green one? If you install the 2.1 clock media dock apk its on there. I had it and you don't need to root. I don't remember where I got the apk from though sorry.
