2.1 anyone

mmanuel552

Newbie
Good afternoon everyone well the rumor gods are swirling with information it seems the Droid and Eris may just be getting the 2.1 love come December 11, 2009 i got the information via Phone Arena Check out the info HERE.

I cant wait now. I have so much speculation as to what kind of updates we will get on Dec 11 from minor updates to getting 2.0 updates but if this holds true I wll be very very happy.

what are these "new terms and conditions for using Android Market" the article mentions?

Not sure what the terms and conditions are. I have read that they will offer carrier billing and maybe through pay-pal or google shop. i will update as soon as i get more info.

Update Found on Phandroid

I dont' want to update until I know it's not going to screw my phone experience. I can do anything on the current version that the 2.0 can. I would rather have minor fixes to the current OS that has a lot of memory leaks and reception issues and bluetooth connectivity problems. Instead of focusing on getting the latest and greatest why not improve what we have already before rushing to the next one. REMEMBER VISTA?

Nice fine. They would too if they could get away with it.
