Help 2.1 + Apps/Handscent

Hello, I recently upgraded my Moment to the 2.1 version, and when I was trying to reload the apps I previously had I could not find them. Now I realzie that they were erased due to the upgrade, fine. But when I went to the Marketplace to search and subsequently re- download them, certain ones were "not found", ie the Handscent SMS messaging app.

With the upgrade, are certain apps no longer available? I hope thats not the case, I really enjoyed the Handscent app.

I found it in the marketplace, you might try and go to the actual website Handcent sms HomePage --sms plus software for android

Ha, you're right. I ended up getting ChompSMS. Someone else I know w/ Andriod said that Handcent didn't work to well w/ 2.1 yet.. he said that it was double sending text messages.

I do like how there is a preview screen to see your new texts w/out unlocking the whol menu tho.

I haven't seen any problems with Handcent and 2.1.
