Well it looks like im completely wrong on this one. Im extremely sorry- I honestly did not intend to be a troll. I got some exciting news, that I was positive would be accurate. I was wrong.

I know I will be crucified and possibly banned. I honestly am very sorry. I have been on the receiving end of threads like this and it sucks.

My sincerest apologies for the mistake.

Mods, please delete or lock.

He'll post on here when he gets home Im sure, hopefully with pics :)

That is way too small for a full update to 2.1. And if he does have it, I hope he was smart enough to save it so he could post it and be the savior of this forum
 
You're dad also told you there was a Santa. Just to inform you though. If it isn't out by wednesday, you'll probably be chased with torches and you could probably be charged with inciting a riot.

if he does have 2.1 I think we can all agree on PROOF ASAP
not crying troll here, i just want to see if its possible
 
If you dad is getting it, I'm sure others are too. That would mean alot more people would be posting on here that they got it.

Im really hoping that will be the case in the next 24 hours. I havent gotten anything on my Eris. Im just telling you all what he told me. He is on his way back from Canada, and I believe he was there when he got it. These are the texts he sent me:

"Just got the 2.1 update"
"Came in ota"

Believe me or not, I couldnt care less. I thought some people might be excited that a trusted member on this forum is reporting 2.1.

Nope, didn't get it here, but I can no longer receive picture messages, is that a clue to something?
 
Lol. So he got the update while in Canada? Just like all the nerds always had hot Canadian girlfriends. Whatever you did make me look though so kudos
