on another topix, re: xrecovery. does it maintain one backup only (the latest one), or mulitple backups? where is the backup file located?

Yes.. make sure you format your card so its advisable to copy whole of the card contents on pc

Manual Installation:
- Download and unpack the recovery package
- use Root Explorer to remount /system rw
- copy the content of the package (3 files) into /system/bin folder

yeah... but why do you need to charge with switch off????

fix would be there any file missing for a proper startup of xrecovery

hint : no busybox = no xrecovery

You wont find it until you put it in there yourself. Right in the end of the text, that is, after the number one. I made a line break (pressed enter) before entering the line myself, but it'll probably work anyhow.

Ok heres another problem ://

i can't cd /sdcard/JiT-toggle-0.1 ... says some kind of error I allowed super user to adb and even I write the good folder name i can't get in there
Where's the problem ?

download root explorer (attached) and install. Run it. There's a button "remount r/w" in the root explorer screen, click it.
