Help 2.1 update freeze up

okay... so i'm updating my moment to 2.1. i got the download, followed all instructions... my phone is sitting here connected with the "update in progress" yet... nothing is happening. it's sitting there. completely still. what do i do?

Unplug the phone & pull the battery, restart the SWUpgrade software on the desktop. Start all over again.

Mine phone did the same thing. I ended up having to go to the Sprint store and have them do it. Works great now. Hope this helps.

Had this happen once. Pulled the usb cable, plugged it back in and the update started. Probably safer to pull the battery and restart the whole process but safety is for wimps
