2.1 updatee!!!!!

how did you upgrade to 2.1 ? ive tried with pc companion and the update service, ive try to update it several times, they tell me its successful but when i turn on my phone, its still 1.6 ?
is there something wrong ?

It's probably not been released in your area yet. Where are you in the world, is your phone branded, which carrier etc?

hello try unistalling the pc companion and redownload it from SE site.. i did that and i updated it

I just connect my phone to pc with pc companion running and follow the screen.. viola. Its done in about 15 minits.

There's an option to check for updates. If you do that, it will tell you there's a new version available (when it will be, of course). So you don't have to connect your phone to your pc on a day-to-day basis.
