Root 2.1 V3 Leak Root program?

[xScorch Muffinx]

I heard there was a program to root the 2.1v3 leak. Anyone have a link to said program or maybe a link to an article about it?

Root for ERIS LEAKERS! - xda-developers

describes how to do it. They also provide links to the required files.

Once you have the android SDK set it really is ultra simple.

Also see http://androidforums.com/all-things-root-eris/121660-root-without-rom-yet.html if you haven't chosen a ROM yet.

are you asking about the program called unrevoked? i haven't heard of any one who has got it to work on the eris though the author claims it is supported. there are a couple of threads already started about it here and on xda forums.

unrevoked
