Help 2.2: Pictures in Different Drives

So. I noticed after uploading a picture to Facebook, that it seems to have created a second "mobile uploads" Facebook album. It no doubt has to do with the fact that "Facebook for HTC Sense" and "Facebook for Android" is installed (that drives me nuts, but I can live with it).

Unfortunately, now I see that my pictures are stored on both my phone's drive, and the SD card. The ones on my phone, I can't even seem to see with Astro.

What gives?? How can I get them all in one spot and working smoothlY?

I don't even use Facebook and I had this happen. I have pictures that I took in the same day going into two separate folders. Gallery finds all the pictures in both folders but 3D Gallery only finds them in one folder. Why is this happening? How can it be fixed?
