Root 2.2 SBF Bootloader Version

I just recently updated my phone to 2.2 using the new 2.2 SBF. My phone is running great now after fresh install. I thought the SBF would flash a new bootloader version like the OTA. I think the OTA is 30.03 that changed signatures preventing downgrading. Anyway after I flashed the new SBF I looked at the bootloader version and it was still 30.01. Dose anyone have any info on this?

Same here. How do we def know if we have the official OTA installed?
