Help 2.2=System out of memory error

After updating to 2.2 I am unable to complete a sync of Contacts in Exchange ActiveSync. Get an error indicating System out of Memory. I have not transferred anything to the SD card yet but everything worked fine before the update. Any suggestions?

Start by killing off your task managers - uninstall them completely - then power off/on.

See if that helps.

I have the same issue on the EVO with Froyo. How do I find the task managers and uninstall them? I can't find a program called task manager(s).
This might be a "stupid" question, but I really don't get it what is meant with that.

There is not stock app in your EVO app drawer called Task Manager (the apk is jobManager.apk)?

If your device is rooted, you can remove or rename the app and its apk.
