Help 2.2 Upgrade fails?

I am using the Samsung EXE to upgrade to Froyo, and it just freezes when it starts to DL FACTORYFS any ideas?

Pull battery and try again. If it does the same thing, redownload the Samsung tool.

and if it still stalls out?

I know it is failing, because I go from the DL'ing screen on the phone, to a random color full screen.

if it fails a second time then try a different USB port on the computer thats if you have more than 1. But yeah reload and reload until it works is the only solution here.
