Root 2.3.15 Won't Install

I have tried many different ways, and means. Including changing name to update.zip, clearing cache and data, not clearing it.

So far I keep booting to 2.3.9

Any ROMs or tools I can use to move up to .15?

What tools are you using to attempt the upgrade? Are you using Koush recovery, or something else? If you have the correct .zip file, use Koush recovery, wipe the cache, mount /system, and install the .zip file from sdcard, does it not work? It may give some error message if it fails.

i think you can jump from .9 to .15 but i went from .13 to .15. My suggestion would be to try and install .13 from recovery (make sure to bootstrap first) then do the same for .15

Yep using Koush, and no error. I select it to update, everything goes fine but I boot into 2.3.9 every time. I can try again to be sure I didn't miss any steps in one of my many attempts.

Are you mounting the system? hmmm let me rephrase that. Go to clockwork recovery and mount /system then choose install zip from SD card
