2.3.5 unable to root

friends i have updated my SGS2 to 2.3.5 version but for rooting when i keep my phone to download mode and connect usb its drivers doesnt install and it stays idle and nothing happens on ODIN if i dont keep in downloading mode and then connect to ODIN it gets yellow box,so now how can i root my s2 please help.

Are you sure you dont have Kies open?
I would close down all your apps and try opening Kies first and updating the drivers from within there. Then close Kies and try again.

it is done i changed the usb slot.

yes everything is fine but how to remove that yellowish mark on there

The yellow warning triangle is merely cosmetic and has no impact on the handset's function. However, to remove it you can (a) purchase a USB jig from one of the many eBay vendors or (b) flash the stock kernel to your device with Odin then reflash the insecure rooted kernel with the CWM app. Instructions can be found here.
