Help 2.3.5 Update Question ???

Why have all the carriers in the UK updated to 2.3.5 but the unlocked ones not

And they are all now Pending to update to 2.3.6

UK (Orange, O2) → Pending... 2.3.5 Available! (14/11)

UK (T-Mobile) → Pending... 2.3.5 Available (14/12)

UK (Vodafone, H3G) → Pending... 2.3.5 Available! (03/11)

UK (unlocked) → Updating...

Why is it taking so long for Samsung to update us unlocked GS2s

Why not choose the firmware you want and flash it with Odin?
I got tired of waiting for ever on 2.3.3 so I installed 2.3.6 .

Why is it taking so long for Samsung to update us unlocked GS2s

I got my S2 from Vodafone 3 weeks aga, it's running 2.3.5.

My fiance got her S2 last week from Orange it is running 2.3.4 however the orange S2 is HTC ready where as mine from Vodafone is not.

I've just checked with Vodafone (my mobile phone carrier) and they confirmed that they released 2.3.5 on 5/12/11 however when I connect my Galaxy S2 to Kies it tells me that I have the latest firmware installed which according to my phone is 2.3.4.

I'm slightly confused by this so I'd be grateful if anyone could offer an explanation as to why I can't update (if I want to) to 2.3.5.
