I've had my Desire S for a few months and I've got to grips with most things and it all seems to be fine. However, I have two problems that I can't seem to understand or resolve despite looking in here (but maybe I'm not looking in the right places...)
My phone has a very common tendency to shut itself down but only when it is being kept in my pocket. It never does this at any other time, but if I have it in my pocket for a while, there is a strong chance it will switch itself off. As I don't know it's done this until I look at it, it's not really doing a good job of being a phone!
The other problem is that if, on those occasions when it hasn't turned itself off in my pocket, I receive a call, it seems to disconnect the caller as soon as I take the phone out of my pocket. I don't know if I am inadvertently hitting the reject call button as I pull it out or not or if it is something else.
Nothing especially fancy on the phone re: apps and I do use a Case Mate Tough Case but I'm pretty sure this isn't responsible for either of these.
Any help greatly appreciated!
