Help 2 days really??????????

Reactivating my Ascend from Virgin had the optimus nice phone but what good is it if service is down most of the day for the 2 weeks I had it did everything they recccomend hitting airplane mode off/on pulling out battery 4 times a day no thanks so I can save $20. Now been 2 days number hasn't ported over to Cricket been calling got Supervisors yet hasen't work anybody have a direct # to escalations or porting dept prefer a number in the USA

Yeah I've been reading the optimus v section because I was thinking about getting one. Seems like they are having a lot of problems. Btw, cricket has the optimus c now (if you didn't know)

Rather wait for Ascend 2 comming day 3 still havent ported number in fact posted wrong number to me f**k me gotta get on the phone again with them
