Help *2 does not work?

So I have a bit of a problem... my phone will not call sprint customer care when I dial *2. In fact, once I press the send key it immidiately sends the phone back to the home screen. Idk what to say abt this... any suggestions?

I believe you have to use sprint zone now.

ORRRRRRRRRRR, call 611. I had Sprint CS tell me this when I told her *2 wasn't working.
