Root 2 hour timer

Has anyone else phone just hangs up on the person on the other end after talking for 2 hours and 3 mins but it shows you are connected and the call timer still going they call back and get sent to voicemail I'm rooted s-off hboot 1.04 and tested multiple Roms with the same result
 
Are you on the unlimited plan? I know that magic Jack and other carriers have a timer to prevent you from calling and then leaving the line open, makes sense otherwise you'd have day long pocket dials. :D
