Help 2 problems with my s4...

Pls help me...my soft keys on s4 (tje back and the menu key) somtime works and sometimes doesn't work after boot up , restart or tirning on my device....second thing....my s4 doesn't boot ip properly..by properly I mean it takes longer time and it doesn't show the (samsumg galaxy s4 GT-i9505 text...the owners of s4 may now what I mean) pls help...anyone who had or has problems like me....

The buttons issue is likely a hardware problem. The soft keys on my S4 work first time, every time. If you have insurance on the phone, I'd use that to replace the phone. Otherwise, contact Samsung for a warranty replacement.

Little tip always try a factory reset to see if that helps clear any fault, if that doesn't work then its a warranty job
