Lurker
Hey guys. This forum has been invaluable since my making the switch to Android. I have been lurking a bit, but now have a couple questions that I have not been able to find answers for.

1. I have a Samsung Admire from MetroPCS (I know, my phone sucks!). Current version 2.3.4 I have rooted and have prl 3025. Don't know what other info you may need.

I have seen updates to 2.3.7 for the Nexus, but can't find one for my phone. Does anyone know if this update exists and if it does where to get it?

2. I want to move some apps to the sd card that are not allowed to be moved. I had read this was possible with Move 2SD enabler (root only), but unfortunately it says my phone isn't supported. Is there another app (market or otherwise) that can FORCE move stuff like maps, facebook, contacts to sd. I have tried some app2sd stuff and titanium backup but to no avail.

Does this app exist for my phone?

Thanks guys!

1.) The only version of android available for your phone is the stock one.

2.) Apps on the SD card will not perform as fast as apps on the phones internal memory. This is because the SD card takes longer to be read, and be written to. Doing this will only make your phone feel even slower.

But it can be done?

I don't care how slow google maps is. I only use it once a month, if that.
