1. I will be at $40 a month next month. Is that permanent or can Boost increase the monthly payment in the future if they feel necessary?

2. If I were to go from my Warp to say the Evo will I have to restart at $55 again or will they just switch it over without the increase? My concern is going from 3G to 4G they may want to restart me on the shrinkage plan.

Thanks in advance. And if you're a Boost mobile rep please say so.

I'm at $108.
Unless you want to include the $20 wifi.
And of course it will go up.
Any bill always does.

Nope. Just one: $59 unlim.talk+text
$20 unlim.data(2g)
$12.50 t-mobile tv
$16.50 taxes&w/e
=$108.00 total bill

You don't have boost mobile. To answer your question, as long as you pay on time I don't think it goes up, and I'm pretty sure if you missed a payment, you just reset the 6 payment count on what tier you're on. The htc will not reset what price you are at, you will have to pay an extra 10 bucks to use the tether that doesn't violate the terms of service. I've switches 3 phones now and my tier never reset. I've missed payments and it reset the 6 on time payments, but not the tier.

I see. So there is a $10 tether extra. Funny they don't mention that in their commercial.

Yes they sure can its a contract free service.Just like you can walk away anytime with out any financial obligations they can change there prices at any time.No contract.

As for missing payments tthey have never made me start over if i have 4 on time and i miss one i still have 4 so the month after if i pay on time ill have 5

Alright, I just deleted some pretty pointless bickering. Let's keep thing civil and on topic folks.

To the OP, it is possible for any carrier to change plans or pricing at any given time. This includes contract and non-contract carriers. This, however, is not something that happens often enough to even really worry about. Especially in the case of the non-contract carriers because they know that this will typically chase off customers.

As always, I encourage you to read the finest of the fine print to make sure.

Ya they've gotten me. So the commercial for the htc says you can get your payment all the way down to 40, wasn't 35 the bottom? Or maybe the wimax 4G is raising the bottom alittle? Either way I don't care, no 4G here :D

Well especially wimax, isn't it only like 5meg? Don't get me wrong, I use the crap out of the data, but i'm good with my DSLish 3g :p

I have clearwire (sprint wimax) home internet and it gives me about 6mbps but at its fastest with full bars I got all the way up to 16mbps... on average its not the fastest but it gets the job done... its fast enough to stream HD content flawlessly and that's all that matters I mean seriously just ask yourself this.... what more could you possibly do with the 30 or 40mbps from LTE (with a phone... not a PC)... that's extra speed for absolutely no reason unless you're using it as a hotspot.... also just remember the 2.5gb data cap
