1. can someone tell me why the 'set default is not working.. I know how to set it. I was shown a month ago. but when I try to set someones number as speed dial, it sets the wrong one
2. Is there a way to keep the phone from swinging sideways in the pocket. I imagine it works the battery, am I correct???
