Help 2 way Exchange Calendar Sync

Hi,

I have just got a Samsung Galaxy SII and have managed to get it to Sync with my MS SBS 2008 Exchange server...BUT...the Calendar Syncs to my mobile great...but not from the phone, back to the server.
So, if I add an entry in Outlook at my office it appears on my mobile, how-ever, if I add a new entry to the calendar on my phone...nothing appears back at the office when I open Outlook.

Is there somewhere I have to choose the option for a 2 way sync??

For anyone who is looking for a solution to this.

When you create the calander entry, the default is to add this to "my calander". You need to change that to your exchange (or google) account.

You can also go into the options on the calander and remove any calanders you do not use.
