Help 2nd Evo - help

I just got info that my 2nd Evo should be in my hands tomorrow afternoon.
I need to ship back the original evo due to its shattered glass.

What do I need to do to the 2nd Evo to mirror my 1st Evo? I hope everything should be pretty much automated, right?

My contacts should just resync themselves from Google? (but they havent on my Hero as at the moment i use it for backup).

I have AppBrain and can re-push my apps.

And then I have the SD card which i can just swap out.

.... but would there be anything else I should do before using the 2nd phone?

if you had 5 bux you could use mybackupPRO which would do all of that. i used that when i did a hard reset.

go into sync all so google will make sure all is updated. if your contacts are within google then yes they will resync.

appbrain is a good choice and es file explorer backs up as well.
