Help 2nd hand phone - how to remove past data?

Hi,

ive just bought a g300 from ebay - but when i put my own sim in the phone it still has the email contact details + emails + texts from the previous owner.

I have managed to individually delete some of the emails but it is still locked to his account

can somebody please help and tell me what i have to do

As far as I understand, you've got your info on your sim. So log into your account and delete all files from the phone memory. That shouldn't affect the data on your sim.

Factory data reset, you may want to remove the sim first.
Settings > privacy > reset
