Root 3.4.2 Questions

Ok, so I'm going out on a limb of sounding like an idiot, but I took a break from the Droid x forums for about a month. Came back and now am seeing postings of a new update of 3.4.2. Anyone care to expand on what this is? I'm currently on 2.3.340 with Apex. Thanks in advance.

3.4.2 is the newest leak of an OTA basically. The only thing is there is only a couple themes and no ROMs for it yet (and may never be). I was on it for a little over 2 weeks and it was really nice. However you have all the bloat on your phone and have to remove it yourself. The battery was nice to start, but seemed to get worse over time....at least to me. If you go to 3.4.2 and want to come back to 3.3.340 you have to start over fresh and then reload a back-up - which I did last night. The blur seemed to work really nice and even as a stock rom was as fast as the custom roms on .340.
