Help 3.5mm Audio jack not working???

Ok all of sudden the other night after a night of karaoke my audio jack stopped working...

it was working throughout the day and about 4 hours before I went into the bar, but since then nothing, like it doesn't even recognize the fact that a wire is plugged into it, even if it was caused by the terrible singing that was going on(and trust me it's almost to the point where I can't stand Don't stop believing or Piano Man because of some of these people) Has anyone run into this problem or have a solution??

I had that problem about a month ago. I took my phone in to the store & they took it apart, cleaned it up, put it back together & it's been fine since. The guy said there was dirt & dust built up in there & it was probably keeping it from making good connections. That may or may not be your problem but a good cleaning never hurts.

I'll have to take it to the store, hopefully thats it...you think it'll matter that i got my phone at best buy?

I can tell you for fact it won't matter bec I got mine from Best Buy. The phone is under warranty so Sprint should help you, even if you don't have the Protection Plan. It definitely can't hurt to check it out.
