Hi all,

Please find below working setting to get Internet / WAP & MMS working on 3 UK Mobile Network.

Go to Settings > Wireless Controls > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names, Press Menu then New APN.

Name - 3
Apn - three.co.uk
proxy - not set
port - not set
Username - not set
Password - not set
Server - not set
MMSC - http://mms.um.three.co.uk:10021/mmsc
MMS proxy - mms.three.co.uk
MMS port - 8799
MCC - 234
MNC - 20
APN type - not set

Just had a look at my settings and they seem to be identical to the ones I posted.

Hope it works for you.

After updating my unbranded Desire supplied by 3 to HTC's OTA 2.2 update I noticed it had removed all but one APN, but it looks like a hybrid of the two separate ones that were there before (one for mobile data and one for MMS).

Name: 3
APN: three.co.uk
Proxy: <Not set>
Port: <Not set>
Username: <Not set>
Password: <Not set>
Server: <Not set>
MMSC: http://mms.um.three.co.uk:10021/mmsc
MMS proxy: mms.three.co.uk
MMS port: 8799
MMS protocol: WAP 2.0
MCC: 234
MNC: 20
Authentication type: None
APN type: *

The mobile network works fine with this single APN, but I have never used MMS, either before or after the 2.2 update, to know if it works for them.
