Help 3 Network blocking sites.

I have been using my Wildfire S has a portable wi-fi hotspot so I can browse the internet on my laptop at work. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when the 3 Network started blocking websites, torrent sites, liveleak.com and things like that. So I searched for an answer and found one, changing the access point name from three.co.uk to 3internet, all was fine until 2 days ago when again the sites were blocked. Is there any way around this problem ?

Clear instructions please, I can change things but I am no phone genius lol.
