30 Day Trial Period for Epic is just about up...

I ended up switching 2 weeks after I got the Epic. I loved the Epic's screen and speed but hated the keyboard. The EVO's development community is huge and constantly changing. I've had so much fun trying out ROM's and tweaking my phone. It was hard at first with the screen difference, but I'm past it now.

Sorry good catch. I meant EVO. I switched like I just said, the development community is booming. There's a huge list of custom ROM's, kernels, and development going on constantly. I just tried out Virus Airborne ROM and it's blazing fast. I only miss the beautiful screen on my Epic now.

Returned my Epic a few days ago & am now using the Evo.

I also want to add that the Epic 4G is the FIRST smartphone I did not have a reason nor feel the need to exchange.

I can't look past Samsung's less than stellar reputation for updating their phones.

I think that they're still issuing updates for the discontinued Moment speaks to Samsungs desire to change that reputation. Not because they care, they don't. But it probably finally dawned on them that treating their customers like crap causing them post to statements like yours negatively effects profits.
