Help 300mhz?

I've had my Note 2 for about two weeks now and always have CPUSpy installed to check on CPU usage. I've noticed that ever since I first got the phone, its never used the '300mhz' state. It is listed at the bottom as an 'unused state'. All other states right up to 1600mhz are listed as having been used.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has CPUSpy and has noticed this, or if anybody is willing to do me a huge favour, install it and check after about an hour, see if 300mhz is supposed to be used on this device? I'm simply worried that if there's any issues with the CPU now, it could develop into a worse fault later on.

Having said all of the above, my phone performs flawlessly and as fast as demo models I used in shops before purchase. If there is a problem, performance certainly doesn't indicate this!

I don't have a note 2 (yet) so I am no help for your question, however, I was wondering how your battery life has been with the 3100 battery? As long as you are getting good battery life, I wouldn't worry about idle speed too much. BTW, I'm very excited for this phone as I have a verizon uprade and have been waiting for this to come out to use my upgrade.
