Accessories 32GB MicrSD card?

Don't buy one off ebay. Let me save you the trouble of paying for it, waiting weeks and weeks for it and then either never recieving it or recieving a knock of chineese 32gb card that is corrupt and doesn't work, then having to go through the process of filing a claim to get your money back.

Long story short don't fall for the ebay prices for those corrupt memory cards. I bought mine from Verizon for $50 but I believe they are now selling for $100.
 
I got mine from Verizon for $99.00 and used my Corporate discount to get 25% off making it $75.00. It works as is with no formatting required and comes with a USB adapter.
 
The verizon store in lexington had a deal if you buy 2 accessories you get the 25% off also. I have the corp deal same as above poster, but he came close to giving the extra off, but it would not let him do the card, just the bluetooth ear piece
 
for the purposes of recording and playing back 720p video, what class do you recommend? there's a 32gb class 10 (30mb/s) close to $400. that seems a bit much for a memory card, was wondering what class level you recommend
 
got mine for $36 from VW when they had the wrong promotion price listed! so glad I got it. 2400 songs, 10 movies and still 15GB left for pics and vids etc..
 
Yeah DO NOT i repeat DO NOT!!! get one off ebay. I ordered one...3 days later I got an email from ebay saying the seller was a fraud, went through a week and a half process with paypal and ebay, but finally got my money back.
Bottom line, get a 16 gig off ebay if anything, thats what I did for 25 bucks, and its great, but not a 32gb.
 
Why spend all that money?

You can find a 16 GB microSDHC Class 6 card for about $42, free shipping.

That should be more than enough.

The class 10 version I think is $85

If you're talking about off ebay, there's a very good chance it's a fake. I paid $100 for mine off Verizon. I'm willing to pay extra to know that I'm getting something that is legit.
 
I just installed a Transcend 16GB Class 6 ($74.60, no shipping on Amazon) in my EVO. I used SD Card Speed Test to check the card. The first time I got 6MB/s write, 4MB/s read as expected. I just ran it again and got 8MB/s write, 5MB/s read so there might be some caching going on.

I can now record a 720p video WITHOUT any hesitations! WOOHOO!

Interesting, so do you guys think it's worth the extra $$$ for a class 6?
