3850 mAh extended battery, trying it out

I've done the charge cycle once and today I've used the phone moderately, phone calls texting through out the day, Google music for an hour, half an hour or so of YouTube, and general internet browsing here and there. I'm at 35% and have been running on the battery for 8 1/2 hours

well compared to stock with that same use what would u say?

according to the battery monitor widget app my 3850 mah is actually approximately 2800 mah

dont know, but i was pretty disappointed.

i get great battery life with this battery regardless. im over 12 hours now with 35% to go. mostly on wifi the whole day though.

My stock battery would be dead at around 3 hours with that kind of use without juice defender. With.the extended battery I have everything on except GPS and Bluetooth because I rarely use those.

what does the app evaluate the stock battery at?

I have the 3500 and 3850 and they are identical in size and the back is the same for each so now I have 3 backs and 3 batteries

Today I surfed the net and also watched 7 hrs of netflix on WiFi / 4G and I still had about 18% battery left.

Which one last longer 3850 vs 3500?

I am lucky to get 3-4 hours on the stock battery. I don't use jd I've just never liked it. I also don't want a big bulky phone. So I started looking around at different options & after watching the YouTube video on the battery I'm going to show you I decided to order two. I figured I would rather have two slim batteries than one bulky one. Plus, you can can have the battery in the charger, charging & plug your phone into into the usb hub & still use your phone. If both batteries were dead, well all 3 because you can charge the stock battery if you need to

I know this isn't much over stock but hopefully it will take care of my overheating problem & if I can get 7-8 hours I'm happy.

I recently got this battery: http://www.amazon.com/QCell-MetroPCS-Extended-compatible-Spectrum/dp/B0071N8BAU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1340391295&sr=8-2&keywords=lg+connect+4g and received it earlier today. I am pleasantly surprised with my test results. I had BGD, WiFi, 4G, BT, GPS and played Angry Birds Space (Normally destroys my stock battery in just 30 minutes) all for an hour and thirty minutes-100% to 80%, surfed on 4G for 4 hours, watched 2 hours of youtube, and Im sitting at 50%. The entire time the battery felt cool (73 F). I will be back with more results of using this battery for a few days.

How long dose the 3850battery last with heavy use?
depends on what you define as "heavy use". there's an infinite number of variable when it comes to usage.

i've streamed a video on 4G for a little over 4 hours and the battery went from 100% to 5%.
